The WWMIBS Experience

WHAT WOULD MY INNER BEING SAY 🤔

My mission is to help you understand that you have all of your own answers.  I will walk alongside you to help you reengage your positive mindset, inner wisdom, and resilience.  To understand what is keeping you stuck, or sabotaging you from what YOU really want.  We will work together to reawaken your best self and help you return to your inner peace.

WWMIBS was created during a coaching session I had with a good friend, Mary Blomquist, and we were discussing how easy it is to make assumptions and create stories as to why we are not good enough or worthy.   Throughout our discussion, we asked ourselves the question, What Would My Inner Being Say about all of this, and thus, WWMIBS was born.

I worked as a social worker and substance use counselor in a community correction setting for over 18 years assisting people with dual diagnoses to transition back into the community after incarceration.  I have over 10 years of leadership experience and love walking alongside other leaders and helping organizations thrive.

I received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 2002, became a Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) in 2007, and a certified coach and trainer for Motivational Interviewing (MI) in 2016.  I continue to coach and teach MI with my business partner for non-profit and government funded organizations.

I began studying evidential mediumship in 2019, and, in 2024, began giving readings for people connecting them with their loved ones who have made their transition from this earth form. I love connecting loved ones and helping people understand they have this ability too. I also do energy healings and oracle card readings to help people connect with their spirit guides and inner guidance.

As an apprentice of don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements" and his family, I continue to unlearn all of the attachments that keep us stuck in suffering.  I bring these teachings and way of life into my coaching and teaching practice.

I am a widow and lost my wife, Amy, suddenly in April of 2018. We took an amazing trip to Africa a couple of months before she left her earth suit, which is pictured above.  I am also in recovery from alcohol and have been sober since November 10, 2008.

I am a retired American Ninja Warrior (ANW) and competed on Season 14 of ANW. You can catch my 20-second run by clicking here 😂.

I volunteer at the Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary training a 3-year-old goat by the name of Bonzo how to do cool tricks.  I also have the opportunity to volunteer at Petsmart helping shelter kitties find forever homes.  Comedy is very important to me and improv has become a deep passion of mine so you will usually find me performing improv and musical improv several times a week.

If you want to join me on this journey, I offer an array of services.  Please let me know what is on your heart and how I can best serve you.
