I was invited to the Positive Intelligence and PQ program by Jenny Remack. These 7-week coaching program, It was a deep dive into my saboteurs and how to use the sage powers to start decreasing their impact in my life and to start redirecting my life to more successful outcomes. I have been going through a year of cancer treatments and some personal painful events and though I may start and not finish as I have done with other programs and classes as I have been for a while physically, mentally and emotionally stressed.  Actually it was a challenge for me but surprisingly I found it easy doing the PQ reps, using them quite often but only submitting the ones I did with the app.  The app helped me a lot and it was easy to use. I think it was a combination of things, the app, the PQ reps, the themes themselves and kept me interested throughout the 7 weeks. And of course, I found working with Jenny the main reason I stayed focus and motivated me to continue and I every week looked forward to our discussions, that brought more self discovery and enthusiasm to every little success, to such huge endeavor of inner self study. I still do PQ reps often as there are such wonderful tools, to keep my saboteurs at bay.  My gratitude to Jenny for being there for me, throughout the 7 weeks and other times and keep my integrity check so I could have the best results. And for her sweetness to sometime difficult topics.

I have brought Jenny in to do Motivational Interviewing (MI) training for some of my staff at different Supportive Housing communities in Colorado. She has shown them techniques that work to engage residents who might be struggling with trauma, addiction or mental health issues. Jenny brings a mix of humor and compassion to this work, while role playing and showing creative ways that people can really help motivate others to change. I would highly recommend Jenny as an MI trainer and coach.

I recently joined Jenny’s team, and she is an amazing coach! She is an incredible communicator and listener, and it is very easy to talk with her. I really have been enjoying and benefiting from our coaching calls. Jenny has a wealth of insight and knowledge and has recently completed an apprenticeship with Don Miguel Ruiz.
